Kaydel/Rose you say.... I do have a Rose and honestly that sounds like it'd be pretty rad to play out. of course I have Rey here as well.

I'm up for anything and everything, but yeah, that was one of my biggest takeaways from the movie, honestly. Kay and Rose are super tight now, based on how everything was staged, and I can only elaborate that one of the secret reasons Rose stayed at base instead of adventuring was, perhaps, to hang out and work with her new gf. (I also just want more Rose in my life all the time because she's great.)

This is the only thing that makes anything good come out of Rose being stuck on base for most of the movie, tbh.

I'm all for super awesome gfs hanging out, working together and whatnot. And it looked like they might've been together during the battle stuff so that could be fun?

For sure. I missed her! But at least gfs. Collaborating, and sharing stories, and training together, and I bet sometimes they just snuggle away their sadness. And yeah! They were definitely leaning on each other afterward. Tending wounds in a romantic fashion?

(Also I figure that the Resistance is now, post-war, turning into the UN or something basically, and by my estimation Rose is like third/fourth in command. So that's cool!)

(I think you're right - she was a commander or something in tros so she's going up in rank - some post war/rebuilding stuff could be fun to play around with)

Yes! Good. It's my humble opinion that every piece of media could use 200% more gentle snuggling.

(Ooh yes. I'm not sure how literal ranks translate to civilian life, but she's clearly important and she knows how to get stuff done. This is to say that I'm into that, too.)
